Experience
Grace has a strong track record supporting leading insurers and reinsurers in the U.S. and Bermuda markets. Since joining Milliman, she has specialized in financial reporting and modeling for annuity products, leveraging her analytical expertise to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
For nearly five years, Grace managed the annuity financial reporting function for a major U.S. insurer. In this role, she led the implementation of a new reporting framework, oversaw production processes, and delivered insightful quarterly financial analyses to senior management..
Most recently, Grace played a key role in assisting a Bermuda reinsurer with the implementation and ongoing management of regulatory reporting. In a separate project, she helped a Bermuda reinsurer develop the operational cadence for flow reinsurance, establishing robust governance and processes across reporting, valuation, and pricing.
Grace’s project experience spans the full actuarial spectrum, including annuity pricing—particularly fixed and structured annuities—risk policy development, model validation, and valuation system conversions. She is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions, having supported several high-profile reinsurance transactions through actuarial due diligence and post-deal integration.
