Leena is a medical doctor with over 19 years of experience in clinical practice and clinical tools development. She has advised clients in a variety of areas, including claims management, clinical data analytics, and evidence-based clinical tools.
Currently, she coordinates the development of the MedInsight Health Waste Calculator tool, the Hayes Grouper, and Evidence Based Measures.
Leena has been involved in various consulting assignments in the field of claims audits and clinical data analytics for clients in India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, United Kingdom, and the United States. She has been involved in developing clinical groupers such as the Chronic Condition Hierarchical Grouper (CCHG) and other evidence-based clinical content.
Prior to joining Milliman, she gained eight years of multi-specialty clinical experience as a resident doctor in CCU, anesthesia, ICU, trauma, and pediatrics.
